TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

TeacherActive is a leading education recruitment consultancy that enjoys great relationships with many schools throughout the UK through the placement of temporary supply staff. We are now recruiting for trainee recruitment consultants for our Secondary, Special Needs or Primary Education Teams based in our Camden office. Successful applicants will be working alongside some of the most successful, ambitious and motivated consultants and managers in the industry.

Ideal candidates will have experience of working in a telesales or a sales environment. We will also consider graduates who can demonstrate a real desire to cement a long term career in Recruitment through thorough research into the recruitment industry and the role of a Recruitment Consultant. All candidates will need to show a good understanding of the role of a recruitment consultant and an awareness of what a career in recruitment means.

Our interview process will involve an initial telephone interview for selected candidates conducted by a Director of our business, followed by face to face interviews for those suitable.
