Leading teacher recruitment agency TeacherActive, is presently recruiting for a Branch Manager and Business Manager for our beautiful new offices in Leeds. As a Branch Manager and Business Manager for TeacherActive you will enjoy working as part of a successful and dynamic management team where you will be able to make a real contribution to our planned growth for 2010 - 2013. Managing an already successful team, your brief is to inspire motivate and support the team to greater results. Your team consists of some fabulous performers who will easily drive your branch to target next academic year.

With continued growth and planned new office openings in 2010, this is an exciting time to join us and be part of what we expect to be a fast paced, fun and rewarding journey towards our growth plans.

Ideally you will have a proven track record in a high paced temporary recruitment environment with evidence of success at Consultant and Branch Manager level. We will also consider Senior Consultants or Team leaders looking to make the step up into management and willing to accept the challenge. You may not have education recruitment experience but must understand the importance of following clearance procedures and efficient service delivery.
