Birmingham is the birthplace of TeacherActive – and is home to our Head Office.  We’re proud to be the largest supply teacher agency in the Midlands, with the Birmingham office covering the West Midlands and surrounding authorities.  The branch works with schools across the region and provides staff to all types of educational establishments on a daily basis, and work for thousands of supply teachers and support staff.

Our knowledgeable and dedicated consultants have long-standing relationships with schools, staff and authorities across the region and we are a contracted supplier to Birmingham City Council, the largest Local Authority in Europe, with schools throughout the region seeking teachers and support staff on a daily basis.

Birmingham is also closely located to other large Local Authorities, with the branch being the largest supplier of supply staff to schools across a region which stretches out to include Solihull and Coventry to the East, Wolverhampton and Worcestershire to the West, and out into Warwickshire and Staffordshire.
