Job Description

TeacherActive are one of the UK's leading Education Recruiters, and we are currently looking for new Consultants to join us on our mission to provide excellent supply and staffing for our schools.

Role: Recruitment Consultant

Start date: Mid-End August

Contract: Monday to Friday, full time, permanent, 21 days annual leave + bank holidays

As a consultant, you'll specialise and manage your own primary, secondary, or SEN school desk. It'll be your responsibility to grow existing relationships, and to also build new ones, through regular contact and having excellent candidates ready to work. You'll continuously be on the look out, and on a day to day basis be using all methods to attract in new educational staff, through job advert creation and using various job boards, pre-screening, and candidate registrations.

- A real self starter and a progression mindset

But what about recruitment experience? This is not essential. We are looking for mindset over skill set! Salaries start from £20,000.

Experienced recruiters? We're still looking for that mindset, however previous recruitment experience is music to our ears, and we welcome those looking for a change in sector, or looking for a culture more suited to reward and success! Salaries start from £21,000 to £35,000 dependant on previous billings.
