Our office is just a short walk from the magnificent Cathedral. The newly developed Princesshay shopping centre is just across the road, housing a large variety of shops and restaurants under one roof.

Apart from having two coastlines, some of Devon’s most beautiful beaches, two National Parks and five official areas of natural outstanding beauty, we also have so much history to share as well. Underneath Exeter’s High Street, there is a trail of underground passages that were once used to create a water system, which dates back to the 14th century. Exeter also has the oldest civic building in Britain, The Guildhall, which dates back to 1160 and the oldest hotel in England, The Royal Clarence, which dates back to the 18th Century.

Exeter University regularly appears within the list of the UK’s top ten. Past alumni include Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and J.K. Rowling –who is said to be inspired by a few Exeter landmarks when writing her world famous Harry Potter books. Exeter was also home to Tommy Cooper, Coldplay’s Chris Martin and William Temple.
