Admin Assistant – Bordesley Green

The full-time role starts late September and the school is looking to book the right Admin Assistant immediately. The successful Admin Assistant will need to be efficient in their use of SIMS, booking in visitors, taking calls for office managers. As an Admin Assistant there will be other day to day duties for you to undertake which will be discussed in the mornings with office managers as per their expectations.

- Proficient in using school systems and managing the phones
- Excellent time management
- Experience in a similar role
- Being SIMS trained
