This is a great opportunity for a creative and dynamic teacher to join a mainstream Secondary School in Birmingham as a Geography Teacher.
The full-time role starts in September 2024 and the school is looking to hold interviews immediately. The successful candidate would be working across both KS3 and KS4, teaching Geography to GCSE Level. Your role is to help students achieve excellent results in Geography, whilst applying a positive and enthusiastic approach.
The Senior Leadership Team and the Head of Department will offer excellent support and will provide an encouraging and supportive environment.

For the right candidate, this position will be extended until the end of the first term.
Applicants need to have the following:
- QTS with Humanities specialism
- Experience teaching Geography up to KS4
- Excellent classroom management
- Good communication skills
- A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with
- Ability to fulfil all aspects of a full teaching role (planning, marking, attending staff meetings, attending parents evenings etc.)
