International Recruitment Consultant

London/ permanent / £30k - 41k per year Uncapped Commission

TeacherActive is continuing its remarkable growth with an exciting opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our International Division based in London.

As an International Recruitment Consultant at TeacherActive, your role will be to attract, onboard, and market international teachers to our branches across the UK, where they will be placed into schools by our local consultants.

Working hours:

Office-based, Monday to Friday

Full time, 8:30am to 5:00pm (with some earlier/later shifts to accommodate international time zones)

The role of an International Recruitment Consultant:

  • Candidate attraction, resettlement, and retention
  • Recruiting teachers from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, and beyond
  • Ensuring candidates meet our high-quality standards
  • Supporting candidates with relocation to the UK and post-arrival
  • Developing partnerships with international universities and teacher training programmes
  • Building relationships with consultants across our branches to ensure international candidates are placed quickly

The role is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced recruitment consultant to enter the international market and try something new or someone with an education background who wishes to begin a new career in recruitment.
