This role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, therefore right-to-work in the UK is a requirement.
Working hours:
Term time: 7:00 – 4:30/5:30
School holidays: Reduced hours, 8:00-3:30pm approx.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
- Sales/business development with new and existing clients to win business from schools
- Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies
- Attending client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs and expos
- Searching for candidates through various tools, such as advertising, cv searching, referrals and utilising the CRM
- Shortlisting CVs, contacting educators and interviewing face to face to build a pipeline of candidates
- Supporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basis
- Assisting schools with emergency cover on a daily basis, filling bookings quickly
- Maintain regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent lasting relationships
- Collaborate with Resourcers and compliance team to ensure candidates are fully cleared for work
- Maintain up to date industry knowledge
- Reviewing your performance to continually improve

Key skills required:
- Previous sales experience or having worked in a target and KPI focused role
- Drive, determination and motivation
