Salary: £95 - £100 per day

We are looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to work on a day-to-day basis across a variety of SEND schools and specialist provisions. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism / ASD, Moderate Learning Difficulties / MLD, Severe Learning Difficulties / SLD and Social, Emotional and Mental Health / SEMH needs, providing classroom support and helping learners access education in a positive and engaging way.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children and young people with additional needs

• Knowledge of Autism / ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD or related needs

• Experience supporting learning within a classroom or specialist setting

• Strong behaviour management skills

• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
