What You'll Be Doing

As a Teaching Assistant, you may:

• Support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Support literacy, numeracy, and classroom-based learning activities
• Work alongside children within EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
• Gain experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Encourage confidence, participation, and positive behaviour in the classroom

Who Would Be a Great Fit?

We're keen to hear from people who:

• Have experience working with children, young people, or within educational settings
• Have supported individuals with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or Special Educational Needs (SEN) (desirable but not essential)
• Are caring, patient, and enthusiastic
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Are eager to learn and develop within education
• Bring transferable skills from childcare, coaching, youth work, care work, customer service, or community roles
