Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor or youth worker with a passion for helping students with ADHD and behavioural challenges thrive in school?

We’re working with a highly regarded, inclusive school in Tower Hamlets that’s looking for confident, resilient, and empathetic individuals to join their behaviour support team. Roles are available for immediate starts and for the upcoming academic year in September.


What You Can Expect:

  • Daily Rate: Competitive PAYE pay starting from £100

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people with ADHD and/or behavioural difficulties

  • Background in youth work, education, psychology, or a related field

  • Confidence managing challenging situations calmly and professionally

  • Understanding of (or willingness to learn) behaviour de-escalation and positive intervention strategies

  • Open to working 1:1 or with small groups of students

  • Committed to supporting students’ emotional and academic progress

  • Willing to undergo relevant training (including Team Teach or restraint if required)

  • Ready to start immediately or secure a role for September
