Your Role Will Include:

• Teaching a full class in line with the national curriculum, with support from experienced phase leaders and teaching assistants

• Creating a safe, encouraging classroom where pupils feel confident to express themselves and take risks

• Planning creative, purposeful lessons that support progress across academic, emotional, and social development

• Collaborating with colleagues, SEN staff, and parents to ensure every child gets the support they need

What They’re Looking For:

• QTS (or expected award of QTS by September 2025)

• A passion for teaching and a desire to make a real impact in your first school

• An open, reflective mindset and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues

• Patience, creativity, and consistency—especially when supporting pupils with additional needs

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
