TeacherActive is working with a fantastic primary school in Bristol that is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant for an immediate start (In September). This is a fast-moving opportunity for someone who thrives in a child-centred environment and is ready to make an impact without delay.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 or small-group support during lessons

• Assisting with class-based activities and emotional regulation strategies

• Helping pupils access learning in a way that suits their individual needs

• Supporting classroom routines and promoting positive behaviour

• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver consistent support

What We’re Looking For:

• Immediate availability (From September).

• Experience in a school, nursery, or youth support role

• A calm, nurturing personality and a flexible mindset

• Someone who can hit the ground running and adapt to different learning styles

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
