Job Title: Nursery Assistants – Sheffield

Salary: £13.69 - £14.20 per hour (Depending on experience)

Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual looking for a rewarding role in early years education? We are currently recruiting Nursery Assistants to work across a variety of nurseries and early years settings in Sheffield.

Whether you’re looking for a full-time position or part-time flexibility, we want to hear from experienced and aspiring Nursery Assistants alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children aged 0-5 with daily care and educational activities

• Assisting staff to deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning in line with EYFS

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff

• Maintaining a clean and organised classroom setting

We are seeking Nursery Assistants who are passionate about early childhood development and who can bring energy, patience, and creativity to every day.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young children, ideally in a nursery setting

• A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential

• A proactive, nurturing, and responsible attitude

• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
