Your Role:

As a qualified professional, you will be expected to:

• Hold a relevant qualification or certification in your field
• Demonstrate experience managing varied responsibilities or working with diverse individuals
• Possess an up-to-date Enhanced DBS (if working with children or vulnerable groups)
• Provide two professional references
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a supportive, proactive approach
