Are you a dedicated and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant passionate about making a meaningful difference in young lives?
We’re working in partnership with an outstanding, inclusive school in Newham (Ofsted ‘Excellent’) that is actively recruiting enthusiastic and committed SEN LSAs to join their team — with roles available for both immediate starts and September 2025.

✅ About You:
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Background in education, youth work, or a relevant degree
Comfortable working 1:1 and with small groups
Patient, nurturing, and committed to inclusive education
Open to supporting personal care needs (if required)
Willing to undergo or already trained in restraint/intervention techniques
Eager to develop professionally and take on new responsibilities
Available for an immediate start or ready to begin in September 2025
