Salary: £80 - £100 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with several Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) providers across Southampton and the surrounding areas. To continue supporting our valued schools and provisions, we are looking for experienced SEND Learning Support Assistants (SEND LSAs) to join our growing team. We’re available 24/7 and have strong relationships with a variety of SEND provisions across the South Coast, supporting a wide range of needs and diagnoses. If you have experience working with children or young people diagnosed with Autism/ASD, SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties), PMLD (Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties), SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health), EBD (Emotional Behavioural Difficulties) or ADD/ADHD, we’re likely to have a rewarding role for you.

The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant will have:
· Experience working within SEND settings
· Experience supporting children either in small groups or 1:1
· Strong classroom management skills
· A caring and nurturing personality
