Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be the reliable and inspiring presence in the room, stepping in when teachers are away to keep lessons on track and students engaged. You will:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons without the need for planning or marking.
Keep students focused, motivated, and involved in their learning.
Manage behaviour positively and effectively.
Work across different subjects and year groups, making every day different and interesting.
Provide feedback to teaching staff so students receive the best possible support.
