Salary: £110 - £130 per day

TeacherActive are proud to be one of the UK’s leading education recruitment agencies, working closely with Secondary Schools across the Tonbridge area. We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors to join us from September to provide day-to-day and long-term cover.

The role of a Cover Supervisor includes:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Managing classroom behaviour to ensure lessons run smoothly

• Motivating and engaging students during lessons

• Adapting to different year groups and subject areas

• Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• A CACHE Level 2/3 qualification OR at least 6 months of classroom-based experience

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Confidence to lead classes of students aged 11–16

• Flexibility to work across different departments within the school
