Pay: £140 – £180 per day

At TeacherActive, we’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Design Technology Teacher (QTS or ECT) to join fantastic secondary schools across the Gravesend area. Whether your specialism is Resistant Materials, Product Design, Graphics, Textiles, or Food Tech – we’d love to hear from you!

• Delivering exciting and practical DT lessons across KS3 & KS4

• Inspiring students to think creatively and problem-solve

• Maintaining a positive, safe and engaging classroom environment

• Encouraging students to develop practical skills and confidence

• Supporting the wider school community with your expertise

✨ What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – ECTs welcome too!

• Experience teaching DT up to KS4 (any specialism considered)

• Strong classroom management skills

• Creativity, enthusiasm and a passion for Design Technology
