What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with KS1 pupils (school, EYFS, or childcare background all considered)

• A calm, consistent, and proactive approach to support

• Confidence delivering small group work in reading, phonics, and numeracy

• Strong communication skills and ability to use initiative

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

Your Role as a KS1 LSA Could Include:

• Supporting class teachers with day-to-day routines and lesson delivery

• Delivering targeted phonics and reading interventions

• Providing additional support in literacy and numeracy sessions

• Encouraging learning through play, discussion, and visual resources

• Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

• Working flexibly on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on your availability
