What We’re Looking For:

• A calm, proactive, and reliable approach to classroom support

• Confidence assisting with literacy, numeracy, and topic-based learning in KS2

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

• A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

• Prior experience in a school or youth-focused setting is highly desirable

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting teachers with daily routines, activities, and lesson delivery across Years 3–6

• Running small group interventions in reading, maths, and wider curriculum areas

• Providing targeted support for pupils who need an extra boost in confidence or learning

• Encouraging engagement through discussion, visual resources, and hands-on learning

• Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
