What We’re Looking For:
A calm, proactive, and reliable approach to classroom support
Confidence assisting with literacy, numeracy, and topic-based learning in KS2
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Prior experience in a school or youth-focused setting is highly desirable
Your Role Will Include:
Supporting teachers with daily routines, activities, and lesson delivery across Years 3–6
Running small group interventions in reading, maths, and wider curriculum areas
Providing targeted support for pupils who need an extra boost in confidence or learning
Encouraging engagement through discussion, visual resources, and hands-on learning
Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
