Salary: £85 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work or a fixed long term role in Stoke on Trent?

We are currently seeking reliable and proactive Primary Supply Teaching Assistant to provide day-to-day support across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in friendly and inclusive primary school in the Stoke on Trent area.

About the Role:

• Support teaching and learning across a range of year groups

• Work alongside class teachers to provide targeted support for individuals and small groups

• Assist with classroom management, preparation of resources, and pupil engagement

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional needs if required

• Enjoy the flexibility to choose when and where you work on a week-by-week basis or choose a long term fixed role

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting is essential

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3) is desirable

• A flexible and positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning

• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
