As the new academic year approaches, the school is looking for a dedicated Reception teacher who is enthusiastic about nurturing young learners, delivering creative and engaging early years provision, and making a positive contribution to a supportive and collaborative school community.

As a reception teacher, you will be expected to:
- Have a valid teaching qualification (applications from ECTs are welcome)
- Have experience working with young learners in a primary school setting, preferably within the Early Years Foundation Stage or Reception
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate (required for working with children)
- Be able to provide two professional references to support your application
- Bring strong classroom management skills, excellent communication, and a nurturing, child-centred approach to learning, especially suited to the needs of Reception children

- Maintain high professional standards and demonstrate a committed, reliable work ethic
- Draw on Early Years Foundation Stage experience and adapt confidently to new classroom environments

- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports the progress and development of all Reception children
