Special educational needs learning support assistant – Permanent role - Chesterfield
We are currently working with a Alternative Provision in Chesterfield who are looking to take on a teaching assistant on a permanent, full time basis.
In this AP, all pupils are permanently excluded and may show challenging behaviours. Pupils may have SEND.
For this role you must have previous relevant experience and a full UK driving license as well as business car insurance or willingness to get business car insurance.
This role will be a full time role and the hours will be 8:30-16:20 and the annual salary is £24,790.00 - £25,584.00 (FTE).
You will need to have a DBS on the update service for this role - if you do not we can support you with getting one.
Other essential requirements include:
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure on the update service is an advantage but we can apply for one for you if needed.
- Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
- Professional reference checks.
- CV must cover the last 5 years of employment history where possible.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
