As a qualified SEND Teacher, you will be expected to:

• Works collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to contribute positively to whole-school SEND provision
• Upholds high professional standards and demonstrates a strong commitment to inclusive education
• Has experience supporting children with a range of special educational needs and adapts confidently to diverse and dynamic learning environments
• Communicates effectively with pupils, staff, and families, demonstrating empathy, patience, and clarity
• Creates a nurturing, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that supports the individual needs and progress of all learners
