As a valued member of the support staff team, you will be expected to:

• Hold relevant experience or qualifications suited to a SEND Teaching Assistant role (such as a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or equivalent experience supporting pupils with special educational needs)
• Demonstrate the ability to support children with a diverse range of additional learning needs, including those with EHCPs, within a classroom or small group setting
• Have a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Provide two recent and relevant references to support your application

• Show strong interpersonal skills, a patient and compassionate attitude, and a proactive approach to supporting both students with SEND and the wider teaching team
