We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant/ TA who is caring, patient and committed to making a real difference in people’s lives, teaching KS1 through to KS2/Key stage 1 to Key stage 2. In this rewarding role you'll work closely with people’s who need additional support, helping them engage with the curriculum and achieve their goals.
The successful Teaching Assistant/TA will have:
- A calm, patient and caring personality
- Good communication skills
- Experience supporting 1:1 and small group basis
- A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months experience working with children or young people in education.
- Experience supporting children with SEN/SEND
- A genuine passion for education and supporting learners with diverse needs
- Relevant qualifications: level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant
Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of TAX and National Insurance and there’s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard earned cash.
