As a valued member of the support staff, you will be expected to:

• Hold relevant experience or qualifications suited to a Teaching Assistant role (such as a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrate the ability to support pupils with a range of learning needs in a classroom environment
• Have a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one prior to starting)
• Provide two recent and relevant references to support your application
• Show strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to supporting both students and teachers in the learning environment
