We’re looking for Exam Invigilators to join our friendly and professional team, supporting schools across Maidstone and Medway during the busy exam seasons.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing exam halls and ensuring all regulations are followed

• Supervising students throughout exams to maintain a calm, focused environment

• Handing out and collecting exam papers and materials securely

• Reporting any irregularities or concerns to the Exams Officer

• Supporting students by providing clear guidance and reassurance

• Have excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Are reliable, punctual, and professional

• Can remain calm under pressure and follow procedures accurately

• Enjoy working as part of a supportive team

• Have previous school or invigilation experience (not essential — full training provided!)
