TeacherActive is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teaching Assistants to join a range of welcoming and inclusive schools across Bristol. Roles are available for both immediate starts and from September, with part-time and full-time options depending on your availability.

This is an exciting opportunity to support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while being part of a collaborative and supportive school team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Immediate or September availability

• A calm, consistent approach to supporting pupils in the classroom

• Confidence assisting with literacy, numeracy, and topic-based learning

• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and daily routines

• Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to provide additional guidance

• Encouraging pupil engagement and participation in learning

• Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment

• Building positive relationships with families, staff, and external professionals
