Salary: £90 - £100 per day

These schools value team players who can build trust with pupils, follow teacher-led plans and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere.

The successful candidate will be confident supporting children with a range of needs, including SEND, and able to work both 1:1 and within small groups to help pupils make consistent progress.

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants in Basildon with the following:

• Experience working with children in a school environment
• A patient and encouraging approach
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with teachers and support staff
• An understanding of additional needs and how to support them
