TeacherActive are proud to be working with an amazing Montessori nursery based in Grays, who are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team.

✅ The Role:

• Supporting children aged 0–5 years in line with the Montessori approach and EYFS framework

• Creating engaging, stimulating activities to encourage learning and development

• Working collaboratively with a supportive team to maintain a positive, inclusive environment

• Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare

• Has previous experience working within an Early Years setting

• Possesses strong knowledge of the EYFS and a genuine passion for supporting children’s development

• Is a team player with excellent communication skills

• Is available for an immediate start (notice periods can be accommodated)
