Job Title: MFL Teacher (French and/or Spanish – QTS or ECT)
Location: Frome
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £150 - £200 per day (depending on experience)
Working Pattern: Full-time, Long-term

TeacherActive is proud to be working in partnership with a fantastic secondary school in Frome, which is looking to appoint an MFL Teacher to join their team ASAP. The ideal candidate will be able to teach French and/or Spanish across KS3 and KS4, fostering a love of languages and cultural awareness among students.

This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The school is known for its inclusive approach, supportive leadership team, and strong focus on staff development.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT)

• Specialise in French and/or Spanish, with the ability to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

• Be committed to fostering curiosity, confidence, and enthusiasm for languages and culture

• Be adaptable, well-organised, and positive in approach

• Work well as part of a collaborative and supportive MFL department
