Nursery Practitioner – Level 3
Location: Colchester
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Contract | Full-Time (5 days per week)
Pay: From £13.69 per hour (dependent on role and experience)
TeacherActive are working with a range of high-quality nurseries across Colchester and are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join settings on a full-time, permanent basis, working five days per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for passionate Early Years professionals looking for stability, progression, and the chance to work in supportive nursery environments suited to their experience and career goals.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
Have previous experience within an Early Years or nursery setting
Show a strong commitment to children’s learning and development
Be caring, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Be able to travel independently to nursery settings within Colchester
