As a Primary Teacher, you will be in charge of planning each lesson for your students following the Education curriculum, providing 1:1 support when needed, and encouraging each and every student to progress.

Requirements for the role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), equivalent or similar
• Level 3 or higher in Education
• 2 years’ experience within schools.
• Ability to support with teaching, lesson planning, and 1:1 pupil support.
• Excellent behavioural management with pupils aged 5-16
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Highly desirable skills:

• Knowledge of current primary curriculum and assessment practices.
• Creativity in lesson delivery to engage and motivate pupils.
• Confident in leading a classroom and engaging with students.
• Organised and able to prepare engaging resources.
• Adaptable, reliable, and professional.
• Competent in using ICT and online learning tools.
