Primary Teacher

West Midlands/ contract / £140 - 210 per day

What the role involves:

  • Delivering high-quality intervention lessons to small groups and individual pupils across KS1 and KS2.

  • Planning engaging and differentiated lessons that address pupils’ individual learning needs.

  • Working closely with the SENCO and class teachers to monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches.

  • Supporting children with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional or behavioural challenges.

  • Creating a nurturing, supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

  • Maintaining clear and positive communication with staff, parents and carers.


The ideal candidate will:

✅ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
✅ Have proven experience teaching in a primary setting, ideally with SEND or intervention experience.
✅ Be confident planning and delivering targeted support for pupils of varying abilities.
✅ Demonstrate strong differentiation and classroom management skills.
✅ Be flexible, patient, and committed to providing inclusive education for all children.
✅ Have excellent communication and teamwork skills, working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
