Permanent Position | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, well-established nursery in Braintree. This full-time permanent position offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be an essential part of the team, supporting children’s early education and development. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for all children

  • Planning and leading engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

  • Observing and recording children’s progress, contributing to planning and next steps

  • Forming strong, positive relationships with children and their families

  • Supporting children’s social, emotional and personal development

  • Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety policies are consistently upheld

  • Working collaboratively with a committed and enthusiastic team

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)

  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive

  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach

  • A positive, nurturing and proactive attitude
