About the Role:

• Supporting students with SEMH needs within the classroom and on a one-to-one basis
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Assisting with behaviour management and social development
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student progress
• Implementing tailored strategies to meet individual student needs

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with SEMH pupils or in special educational needs
• Compassionate, patient, and resilient
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to challenging situations with a positive attitude
• Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
