SEN Teaching Assistant

With a strong focus on inclusion, the staff work closely together to ensure all pupils—particularly those with additional needs—receive the tailored support they deserve.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND (Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language, SEMH, etc.)

• A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting learning

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for inclusion and pupil wellbeing
