Salary: £85 - £110 per day

These schools have multiple vacancies across KS1 and KS2, offering opportunities to support children with a range of needs in both one-to-one and classroom settings.

We are looking for LSAs who are confident, reliable and passionate about making a difference in children’s education. Whether you have experience working with Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language Needs or SEMH, your role will be to provide personalised support and help pupils feel included and capable within their learning environment.

We are looking for SEND Learning Support Assistants in South Woodham Ferrers with the following:

• Experience supporting children with additional needs (school-based or personal experience)

• A positive, patient and proactive approach

• Ability to work closely with the class teacher and wider support team
