Sports Lecturer (Anatomy Focus) – Part-Time
Location: Longbridge, Birmingham
Schedule: 3 days per week
Hourly Rate: £25 – £35 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sports Lecturer with expertise in Anatomy and Physiology to join our college teaching team in Longbridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports science and experience teaching learners in a further education or higher education setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in anatomy and related sports science topics
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials
Support and guide students to achieve their academic and personal goals
Contribute to the development of the sports curriculum and learning resources
Requirements:
A degree in Sports Science, Anatomy, or a related field
Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) preferred
Experience teaching or tutoring in further or higher education
Strong communication and organisational skills
A passion for inspiring students in the field of sport and human performance
