We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our friendly team within a residential care setting. You will be supporting adults with varying needs to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives.This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is caring, adaptable, and passionate about empowering others. What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred support with daily living tasks
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Supporting residents with social activities, community access, and hobbies
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans
- Working effectively as part of a supportive team
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and reliable attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in care is welcomed but not essential
- A commitment to promoting inclusion, respect, and high-quality care
