Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting pupils with their learning in and out of the classroom

• Assisting teachers with engaging, differentiated lesson delivery

• Leading small-group work in core subjects like English and maths

• Helping to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment

• Building positive relationships with staff, pupils, and families

• Supporting wider school initiatives and enrichment activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children in KS2 or similar age groups (school or youth setting)

• A calm, confident, and proactive approach to classroom support

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
