TeacherActive is currently recruiting KS1 Teaching Assistants to work across a range of friendly, inclusive primary schools throughout Bristol. Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting the class teacher with daily routines and lesson delivery

• Helping deliver phonics, reading, and numeracy activities

• Encouraging engagement through play, visual learning, and discussion

• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

• Supporting small groups and individual learners to reach their potential

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children in KS1, EYFS, or similar educational settings

• A calm, patient, and proactive approach to classroom support

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, reliable attitude and passion for child development

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
