Salary: £150 - £200 per day (depending on experience)

TeacherActive is working closely with a successful secondary school in Bath, which is looking to appoint a passionate Art Teacher for a confirmed, long-term position starting in September 2025. This is a full teaching role – not day-to-day cover – with responsibilities across planning, delivery, and assessment.

The school places a strong emphasis on the creative arts and is seeking a teacher who can contribute meaningfully to a vibrant department. Whether you're experienced or newly qualified, you’ll be joining a supportive team that values subject passion and innovative teaching.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS (or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification)

• Have experience teaching Art across KS3–KS5

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and engaging lesson delivery

• Be confident guiding students through both practical work and portfolio development

• Be collaborative and committed to student progress
