TeacherActive is working with a number of inclusive and high-achieving schools in Tower Hamlets, who are seeking Behaviour Support Specialists to join their teams. These roles are available for immediate start as well as the September 2025 intake and are ideal for individuals who are considering a long-term career in education, youth work, or behavioural support.

✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with children or young people displaying challenging behaviour

  • Comes from a background in education, youth work, psychology, or social care

  • Is resilient, calm under pressure, and able to manage behaviour confidently

  • Can build trusting relationships with students who need consistency and understanding

  • Is willing to support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs

  • Is proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Is available for an immediate start or September 2025
