The successful Cover Supervisor must have:
✅ Previous experience working with challenging behaviour (essential)
✅ A patient, calm, and assertive approach with students
✅ Excellent communication skills to engage with both learners and staff
✅ The ability to adapt quickly across different school settings
✅ A proactive, flexible attitude to supporting pupils in the classroom
