Science Teacher (Chemistry Specialism) – Birmingham
Start date: After October Half Term - 03 November 2025
Pay rate : Competitive and reflecting the Teacher Pay Scale.

They are currently seeking a dedicated Science Teacher with a specialism in Chemistry to join their team on a long-term supply basis.
This is a full-time teaching role involving the delivery of engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting students to achieve their best and develop a passion for science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality Chemistry lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Planning, preparing and assessing work in line with the school’s curriculum
- Supporting students of all abilities to make progress
- Participating in relevant CPD training opportunities
- Attending parents’ evenings and contributing to the wider school community
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science
- Specialism in Chemistry with proven classroom experience at KS3 and KS4
- A valid DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A commitment to professional growth and collaborative working
